Ella, Student of the Month

Ella got Student of the Month!
We are so proud of our smart little sweetheart.
She was also presented with the Character Counts award for RESPECT
and had her picture taken with our wonderful principal.
She is an angel blessing to our family.
We are so thankful for her!

8 is Great

A little man was born.

We were very young.

And he was very perfect.

5 lbs. 6 oz. of goodness.

Growing up was tricky.

But John was brave.

And sweet.

When he finally smiled we were thrilled!!

Because his munchkin teeth were so cute!

He thought Mommy was OK.

He thought Daddy was WONDERFUL.

What a joy.

He was Mr. Independent.

He started growing.

And growing too fast!

Lots of people love John.

And then he had a BABY SISTER.

So they became pals.

We are so glad John came to our family 8 years ago.
He's turning into quite a man.
Happy Birthday Bon Bon.
Momma loves you.

The People of Phoenix

Adam often sends me photos of people he sees throughout the valley.
He comes across some of the coolest folks in the country.
Here are just a few that you might find interesting:

Serious moped folks.

Darling VW campers.

Man's Best Friend....
is his FABRIC helmet.

Weiner drivers.

And the winner:
I have nothing to say about this.

Last of Halloween Parties

More fun!!
THIS weekend we got together with neighbors on Friday night for a pumpkin carving party.
I think there were about 30 people and all the dogs!
We had a really great time hanging out with our amazing neighbors.

It was an arm workout!

Did I mention there were VWs?

As the sun went down, we ate chili and sat back enjoying this spooky view.

The kids loved staying up late Friday night.
Adam and I loved talking with all the adults.
We went home that night and danced with the kids until we got sweaty.

The next morning we had soccer games and our Primary program practice.
We also had Trunk or Treat!!!
Sunday was our church Primary program!
It was a wonderful day and Pappa came too.
John and Ella were very brave and sang the songs beautifully.
We spent Sunday evening with our dear friends Ryan and Joanna eating, playing family games and laughing.
We counted our many blessings and even though we didn't go out for candy Sunday night, we've been so blessed this year with fun activities and memories to last.  I can't wait for Thanksgiving!
Bring on the cranberry sauce!!!!
