The yellow room.

This spare room has been used for many things. The closet is filled with food storage, but it usually ends up becoming a warehouse for toys, tools and dust. Yesterday I decided to make it a little bit more beautiful.
Now the kids can sit on the rug and play toys or watch a movie.

A few cute pictures. I can never find a perfect place for these...they always move around. The yellow room is a great place for them!

Love in the Afternoon

Actually it was more like evening. We put the kids to bed and watched the old classic, Love in the Afternoon, with Audrey Hepburn.

Adam caught me watching the popcorn pop.

Even Mona Lisa got a spot on the couch...poor BABY, so tired!! But she DID love the French dog in the movie. Go figure!

Relief Society Night

I think Allison and I were the only ones snapping blog photos at the Stake Relief Society night. Shame!! I added a little extra pizazz as per Allison's request!

My arm just wasn't long enough! But Allion WAS the star that night!! : ) She invited ME! Now, she'll NEVER get rid of me.

Why a trash can? I spilled water on the floor and moved the trash over it: Anya's cleaning techniques. Hence the reason why Adam does a lot of cleaning around here.

Cardinals Saturday

We went with Paapa to the Cardinals Stadium Saturday to show a little love for our team.

82 degrees in the parking lot. We live about 15 minutes from the stadium. How nice!

Fox 10 Helicopter

The Fox 10 helicopter landed at John's school this week.

We waited for a long time and finally they arrived. Everyone was on TV too. Fun!

Getting ready for a Cardinals game takes a little planning.

First, we needed a brand new media center. This one was Adam's idea. Of course, he built it himself.

Well, John helped too. Finished!!Next we needed some greasy food.And some spice. Thanks Mom!

One of my favorite gifts...this one was from Allison. I've read it thoroughly. The past two months have been centered on my gaining weight. Luckily, I've gained 3 pounds over the holidays! This book has been added encouragement. So far, I've learned I need to eat when I'm emotional and stuff myself silly at every meal. I've been eating between 2500 and 3000 calories a day plus weight training. Wish me luck!
